Get in touch
Email support@1percenteveryday.com. Include your account email, your iPhone model and iOS version, and what you were doing when it went wrong — that usually saves a round trip.
We aim to reply within 5 business days.
There is also a Feedback option inside the app (Account → Feedback) if you would rather not leave it.
Common issues
I signed in but the app looks empty.
Usually an expired session. Force-quit Tootly, reopen it, and sign in again. If your timeline is still empty after signing in, email us before adding anything — do not re-import your resume, as that can create duplicate entries we would then have to help you unpick.
My resume upload failed.
Tootly reads Word (.docx) and PDF files. Apple Pages files are not supported directly — in Pages, use File → Export To → Word, then upload the .docx. If a file still will not import, paste the text instead: it produces the same result.
A report failed with an error.
Try once more first; most failures are transient and you are not charged for a report that did not complete. If it fails again, email us with the report type and roughly when you tried.
A report says data is not available for my role or location.
The reports that quote pay ranges are anchored in U.S. public wage data (BLS OEWS) matched to an occupation code and a metro area. If your role does not map cleanly to an occupation, or your location is outside the U.S., some figures cannot be produced. Setting a more standard job title in your current role often resolves it.
I bought credits and they have not appeared.
Purchases are processed by Apple and can take a moment. Force-quit and reopen the app first. If the balance is still wrong, go to Account → Subscription and use Restore Purchases. If that does not fix it, email us with the date of purchase — we can see the transaction from our side.
I want a refund.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us — we cannot issue them. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Email us too, so we know something went wrong.
How do I cancel Pro?
In iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → Tootly. Cancelling stops future billing; credits already granted stay until they expire.
I deleted my account but I am still being billed.
Deleting your Tootly account does not cancel your App Store subscription — Apple owns that separately. Cancel it in iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
I am not getting reminders.
Reminders are local notifications, so they need notification permission. Check iPhone Settings → Tootly → Notifications. Focus modes and Do Not Disturb will also silence them.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Tootly is iPhone-only today. Android is something we intend to do, and we are not going to give you a date we cannot keep.
